Return and Refund policy

We believe in the integrity of our creations, therefore  all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is received damaged or defective.

Exchanges
To preserve the integrity of our luxurious scents, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once opened, ensuring that every product you receive is untouched and pristine unless the product was damaged during handling. If you receive a damaged item, please get in touch with us within *48 hours* of receipt to initiate the return process.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
